  • Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, IP address, and general location data collected via cookies and analytics tools.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your selected plan — up to 1 message per day per enrolled senior.
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation. Reply START to re-subscribe.
